A.  No, we are paid when the job has been completed

A. Yes, we are fully insured and our insurance agent can draw up a document
      for your specific property upon request

Q. How long will the job take and when can we begin?
A. We always discuss time frames and dates with potential clients 
      and if we are hired to do the work we make specific dates and times
Q. Will you receive a written quote?
A. Yes, you will receive a detailed written proposal of the work
      that will be performed and a list of references will be given to you
